From Wikipedia:WikiProject Norway, I read the following

"If no commonly accepted English form exists, the form in Veiatlas Norge should be used. A commonly accepted form exists if, and only if, a substantial majority (>75%) of published literature in English uses that form."

But all fjords in Norway in Wikipedia are written without the suffix '-en', which is included in the name (Veiatlas Norge) of a substantial part of Norwegian fjords. Oslofjord is probably acceptable as the common English form for that article, but thas does not hold for every small fjord of Norway. This is similar to whether for example Norway's highest mountain, Galdhøpiggen, should have had its article name Galdhøpigg, which luckily it does not have. --Berland 20:37, 27 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
