Cartographic projections are also called "projected coordinate systems". It would be nice to have a category on the coordinate systems page that links to cartographic projections. I say this because I searched Wikipedia for "projected coordinate systems" when I was first learning Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS), and could not find out anything about it.
