I'm going to start adding the court cases as they happen before the CCJ to this "Caribbean Court of Justice" Category. Barbados has already had one case before the CCJ it was the Radio Station Vs. Poulty farmer case. The charges about it were so-called "Slanderous" statements made by the radio station about the poultry farmer. There is also currently a case about Barbados' right to carry out hanging for people that commit murder as protected under it's constitution, it should be before the court now and just awaiting a ruling I think.
