Yes, it is. The "two thousands" is the 2000s decade. The century and millennium that's it is in are the "21st century" and the "3rd millennium". There's no reason why "two thousands" should imply the whole century or millennium anymore than "nineteen hundreds" should imply the whole 20th century. Voortle 22:02, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
