The Canadian Philosophical Association (CPA; French: L'Association canadienne de philosophie, ACP) was founded in 1958 as a bilingual non-profit organization devoted to philosophy professionals in Canada. It currently claims over 600 members, and publishes a quarterly journal, Dialogue: Canadian Philosophical Review. All activities and publications are bilingual. The administrative offices are currently located in Toronto. Past presidents of the society include Luc Langlois, David Braybrooke, Kai Nielsen, William Sweet, Ronald de Sousa, Adèle Mercier, Thomas De Koninck and Samantha Brennan. The current president is Daniel Weinstock of McGill University.
