Brinda is an Indian Telugu-language crime thriller television series written and directed by Surya Manoj Vangala.[1] Produced by Adding Advertising LLP, starring Trisha Krishnan.[2] It premiered on SonyLIV on 2 August 2024.[3]

Production
editIn October 2021, The series was announced on SonyLIV.[5][6] The makers of the series arranged a Muhurat puja.[7] Trisha Krishnan was cast in the titular role in what also happens to be her OTT debut.[8] The principal photography of the series started in mid-October 2021.[9] In April 2022, Indrajith Sukumaran was confirmed to be a part of the cast, in a pivotal role.[10] The filming of the series concluded in November 2022.[11] The teaser was released on 8 July 2024,[12] followed by the trailer of the series.[13]
Reception
editAvinash Ramachandran of The Indian Express gave the series 3/5 stars.[14] Divya Raje Bhonsale of Mathrubhumi rated the series 3/5 stars.[15]
