Blue Origin NS-27 is an upcoming sub-orbital spaceflight mission, operated by Blue Origin to be launched on October 7 2024 using the New Shepard rocket.[1][2]

The mission will debut the second human-rated New Shepard crew capsule, RSS Kármán Line and a new booster, NS5. Twelve payloads will be flown, including two LIDAR sensors for Blue Origin's Lunar Permanence program and a reproduction of the black monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey.[3]
