Badr Rural District (Ghorveh County)

Badr Rural District (Persian: دهستان بدر)[3] is in the Central District of Ghorveh County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Veyhaj,[5] transferred from the former village of Qaleh.[6]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,931 in 1,872 households.[7] There were 4,306 inhabitants in 1,152 households at the following census of 2011.[8] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,032 in 1,717 households. The most populous of its 14 villages was Divzand, with 1,745 people.[2]
