Club career
editKouame played in the academy of Sporting Football des Cascades in Burkina Faso. He spent time in Belgium with several clubs on trials, before on 11 August 2023, Inter Turku in Finland announced that they had signed with Kouame on a deal until the end of 2024, with an option for an additional year,[1][2] for an undisclosed fee.[3] Two days later, on 13 August 2023, he debuted with his new club in Veikkausliiga, in a 1–0 away loss against Honka.[4] Kouame scored his first goal for Inter Turku on 27 January 2024, in a Finnish League Cup win over Lahti.[5] On 16 August 2024, Kouame scored his first Veikkausliiga goal on a penalty spot, a winning goal in a 3–0 home win over SJK Seinäjoki.[6] His option for the 2025 season was exercised in September 2024.[7]
