Asymphorodes sericeus is a moth of the family Cosmopterigidae.[2][3] It was described by John Frederick Gates Clarke in 1986.[1][2][3] It is found on Nuku Hiva[1] (Marquesas Islands,[3] French Polynesia).

The wingspan is 8–10 mm (0.31–0.39 in). Coloration is off white, typically with some spots, although females are often immaculate.[1]
