Ashish Singhal (born February 12, 1989) is an Indian entrepreneur and businessman. He is the Founder and CEO of CoinSwitch, a Crypto platform.[1][2] Ashish Singhal is the member and contributor on World Economic Forum.[3]

Early life and career
editAshish Singhal was born in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, in a middle-class family.
Singhal attended Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi and completed a degree in computer engineering in 2005 [citation needed].
Ashish Singhal has worked with various companies such as Reap Benefit, Amazon, Microsoft, and Livspace at leadership positions.
In 2014, Ashish Singhal along with Govind Soni and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, co-founded CoinSwitch, a global aggregator of Cryptocurrency exchanges. Together they build a hack to discover the effective price of crypto across exchanges. They made their ecosystem stronger by adding a simple UI/UX and kept working on it based on user comments to make it better.[4]
In 2023, Ashish founded PeepalCo which is the holding company of CoinSwitch. He is the founder and group CEO of PeepalCo.[5]
In 2024, Ashish launched Lemonn which is the part of the parent group PeepalCo. Lemonn is an investment platform offering stocks and mutual funds.[6]
