Aclyvolva coarctata is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Ovulidae, the ovulids, cowry allies or false cowries.[1]

Description
editThe size of an adult shell varies between 14 mm and 35 mm.[2]
Distribution
editThis marine species occurs in the central Indo-Pacific area like for example in India, Japan, New Guinea[2] and New Caledonia.[3] The holotype was found in the Sunda Strait, Indonesia.
