The 62nd Separate Mechanized Brigade (Ukrainian: 62-га окрема механізована бригада) is a brigade of the Ukrainian Ground Forces that was formed on December 1st, 2015.[citation needed]

History

The Brigade was formed on 1 December 2015 and fought the separatist forces of the Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic during the War in Donbas.[1][2] The brigade was involved in the Battle of Bakhmut and later in the 2023 Ukrainian counteroffensive.[3]
