In the sport of hurling, the 1934–35 Harty Cup was the 16th staging of the Harty Cup since its establishment by the Munster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1918.[2] The draw for the opening round fixtures took place on 19 February 1935. The competition ran from 23 February to 8 May 1935.

North Monastery were the defending champions.[3] Vocational schools were invited to take part for the first time.

The Harty Cup final was played on 8 May 1935 at Mitchelstown Athletic Grounds, between North Monastery and Rockwell College, in what was their second consecutive meeting in the final. North Monastery won the match by 4–08 to 3–02 to claim their fourth Harty Cup title overall and a second consecutive title.[4]
