Ümran Özev (born 1 January 1995) is a Turkish women's football midfielder currently playing in the Turkish Women's Football Super League for Ankara BB Fomget GSK with jersey number 14. She is a member of the Turkey women's national team. She was part of the Turkey women's national U-19 team.[2][3]

Club career edit

Konak Belediyespor edit

Ümran özev obtained her license on 16 May 2008. She entered Konak Belediyespor in her hometown, where she plays since then.[2] At the end of the 2013–14 First League season, she enjoyed her team's undefeated champion title, the second consecutive one.[4]

She debuted at the 2014–15 UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying match against Austrian SV Neulengbach on November 14, 2013.[5]

Hakkarigücü Spor edit

After a break of two years, she joined Hakkarigücü Spor in January 2017 to play in the Women's Second League.[2]

Ataşehir Belediyespor edit

In the 2020'21 League season, she moved to the Istanbul-based team Ataşehir Belediyespor.[3]

Ankara BB Fomget GSK edit

The next season, she transferred to ANkara BB Fomget GSK.[3] Her team finished the 2022–23 Super League season as champion.[6] She played in two matches of the 2023–24 UEFA Women's Champions League's qualifying round.[7][8]

Internationa career edit

Turkey U-15 team edit

Özev was admitted to the Turkey U-15 team in 2009. She was part of the national team, which won the bronze medal at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics.[9][10][11] She capped seven times and scored one goal with the national U-15 team.

Turkey U-17 team edit

Between 2010 and 2011, she appeared in nine matches of the Turkey U-17 team. She took part in the team that played at the 2012 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship qualification – Group 7 matches.[12][13][14]

Turkey U-19 team edit

Called up to the Turkey U-19 team, she played at the 2013 UEFA Championship First qualifying round – Group 5 and 2014 UEFA Championship First qualifying round – Group 10 and 2014 UEFA Championship Second qualifying round – Group 5 matches.[2]

Turkey team edit

In 2022,she was admitted to the Turkey national team, and played in four 2023–24 UEFA Women's Nations League C matches.[3][15]
