Long established consensus on WP:FOOTY and per the outcomes of previous TfD discussions (example here, here, here and here), international squad navigational boxes should only exist for the men and women's: World Cup, Confederations Cup, Olympics and each continent's top level competition. None of these templates are for such a competition, and therefore should be deleted. Articles already exist containing the squads of all teams for these competitions, for example 2018 SAFF Championship squads, 1946 Balkan Cup, 2018 Slovakia v Denmark football match, Football at the 2002 Asian Games – Squads, Football 7-a-side at the 2016 Summer Paralympics – Team squads, etc. S.A. The article on the match can serve to connect the player articles. As consensus exists to only use navboxes for major international tournaments, I don't see the need for its use for a single friendly match. There should be enough topics elsewhere on Wikipedia that can link to the players to avoid orphans. This is not the only case of a team featuring mostly single-cap, lower division players, having a navbox for every case would defeat the purpose of why this consensus exists. S.A. • Keep Denmark 2018. Delete paralympic and Albanian squads. Neutral on Asian Games, Southeast Games, and SAFF Championship squads though since there could be arguments for or against them as all three can technically be considered major or small competitions. The AFC Asian Cup and the AFC Women's Asian Cup are the only two top-level continental competitions in Asia that merit navigational boxes. The purpose of this prior consensus is to avoid navboxes for these lower level competitions. S.A. Julio (talk) 02:11, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete all, I don't understand why the Denmark team (special as it was for a one-off) needs a navbox... GiantSnowman 14:11, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete all, the Denmark game was not that historically significant. It was a huge novelty which got media coverage, but an article about the match is enough. Geschichte (talk) 17:05, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete all per nom.--Darwinek (talk) 17:59, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.

  • Delete all per the long established consensus. That Denmark team doesn't need a special template either, they're less notable as footballers than the usual Denmark team. Joseph2302 (talk) 22:56, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete all per nom. By the way, is this consensus being documented somewhere on WP:FOOTY? There might be many of these because the templates are created without knowing that this consensus exists. -- AquaDTRS (talk) 18:56, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Propose merging Template:UKPower with Template:Energy in the United Kingdom.
The Companies section of Energy in the United Kingdom has all of the links in Template:UKPower, so no need for it to be in both templates Joseph2302 (talk) 11:38, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This is a textbook case of WP:SYNTH. It is inappropriate to combine these events/protests/legislation topics to form a "Crisis in America" narrative/conclusion, unless reliable sources synthesize such a grouping/title. — Goszei (talk) 02:35, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete This is a catchall subject that could include almost anything from the last 250 years of United States history - if not the 400 years since Europeans first settled here. I agree with Goszei that this is synthesis, not based on Reliable Source coverage or any other clearly defined criterion about what should be included. -- MelanieN (talk) 03:06, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom. What's more, e.g. the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting doesn't even describe it as a crisis (let alone a national one), and what about all the other articles about school shootings? Regards, HaeB (talk) 04:03, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment The deletion should include Template:History of the United States (2008–present) (created as a redirect to this one, apparently based on the assumption that there has never been a crisis in the US before 2008). Regards, HaeB (talk) 04:06, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
    • If this template is deleted, redirects to it will be deleted anyhow so there is no need for such a bundling. J947messageedits 06:53, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete ASAP per nom. This is textbook synthesis to force some type of narrative when one is not needed. Speedy delete please. RopeTricks (talk) 04:18, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per WP:SYNTH. Note a similar discussion concerning Crisis in America is taking place at RfD. J947messageedits 06:53, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. Ironically, I was about to nominate an incoming redirect to this template ... just to find that the creator of the redirect also created this template, and that I agree with the nominator's statement. Steel1943 (talk) 06:55, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nominator....William, is the complaint department really on the roof? 14:12, 1 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
