Not everything needs a navbox; three articles (including the main article) and a deleted category are insufficient for this to provide any use to readers. – Arms & Hearts (talk) 16:47, 26 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. Too few links. This is better accomplished with "see also" sections. --Bsherr (talk) 02:03, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom. No need for a navbox with so few links. --Tom (LT) (talk) 00:58, 28 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Old orphaned metatemplate that was never used (see [1] in six years since its creation. Nowak Kowalski (talk) 15:13, 26 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. Deletion seems appropriate, given that it seems unused. --Bsherr (talk) 02:10, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. This is redundant to something, but I don't know what. If that something is another template, then this is eligible for speedy deletion per T3. –LaundryPizza03 (d) 15:15, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was delete the football templates; I'll open a separate discussion for the two basketball templates since they are a different sport. Galobtter (pingó mió) 08:12, 4 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Not common to create templates for Asian games Shervin27 (talk) 01:48, 18 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Pkbwcgs (talk) 11:01, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I am aware that they were kept in 2013 but there is still no point keeping basketball squad templates for the men's basketball squads. They can be substed if desired. Pkbwcgs (talk) 11:07, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete the templates suggested by S.A. Julio per prior consensus; no comment on the basketball ones suggested by Pkbwcgs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by GiantSnowman (talkcontribs) 11:03, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Per WP:TCREEP, as teams that did not earn a medal do not need the Wikipedia equivalent of a participation award. There is also prior consensus to delete 4th place or lower teams at discussions such as Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2016 December_29#Template:Slovenia Squad 2010 FIBA World Championship. —Bagumba (talk) 07:53, 26 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
