Factom

I want this article to be undeleted bcoz of the reasons stated below.

The article was deleted due to copyright infrigement of two links

1. https://news.bitcoin.com/bill-melinda-gates-awards-grant-factom/ 

  I dont know why the above link has been included in copyright infrigement. The link leads to a Site which is a News Site for Crypto related articles. And The Link clearly Mentions that a grant has been Given to Factom coompany which the wiki page belonged to. So this indeed is  not a copyright violation.

2. https://www.dhs.gov/science-and-technology/news/2016/06/17/st-awards-199k-austin-based-factom-inc-iot-systems-security 

 This Link also leads to a Government website which provided a grant to the Factom Company which the wiki page belonged to.

So Copyright Violation on this link is also a flase Statement. You can personally check the Links and decide if it has some copyrighted Content.

Hence i request you to please Undelete the Page as It complies all the rules of Wikipedia. The copyright infrigement are just false Statements.

Actually www.dhs.gov is public domain, so copying is permitted on Wikipedia from this site. However credit is required to avoid the false impression of who wrote it. Well Nothing was Copied from any Articles. Only the link was posted in Reference Header for reference to the Funding received from the companies. Like Factom received received Funding from DHS so an Link was posted just for Reference. Same with Bill & Melinda Gates Article.   •   Done Morganfitzp, it looks like the deleted history was actually at USAISAMONSTER, which is now a redirect. The pages had been deleted as A7, however since the deleting admins aren't very active anymore and there's an active entry that looks to establish notability, I see no reason not to restore the history.   • @George Ho: Hmm... it looks like the edit history is a little complicated, as it was moved to several different locations. The basic history of the page is that it started off as a page for the Serbian musical group by the same name. It was PRODed, but was never actually deleted because before a full week could be completed, someone decided to turn it into a redirect. There was a bit of an edit war over this, which resulted in the RfD discussion. Technically the redirect was improperly done, as the users involved should've waited for the PROD to run its course before unilaterally blanking the page and turning it into a redirect. A couple of years later there were attempts to delete the page at its then current location, DnD (Serb pop duo), which was then successful. I suppose the PROD was a bit improper, given that there had already been a PROD a few years prior, but the duo didn't pass notability guidelines and ultimately would've been deleted at AfD anyway.
However all of that said, there's no reason why you can't turn it into a redirect now, as there was never any consensus to delete the page when it was a redirect. You have two options, though - you can either redirect it to Dungeons and Dragons or you can redirect it to the dab page at DND, since DnD and dnd redirects to the dab. D'n'D is a bit more specific, but it might be good to redirect it to the dab page just for uniformity's sake. I'll leave it up to you. Tokyogirl79 (｡◕‿◕｡) 16:20, 4 January 2017 (UTC)

  • Joseph Jensen The article was declined once because it contained a lot of copyright violations and then again because there weren't enough significant improvements since the first decline. Given this, I think that it'd be better if you worked on a fresh new copy rather than to restore something with a history of copyright violations.     • @Ynaps: Your article (User:Ynaps/sandbox) is sufficiently different from the original that you can simply re-create it (at Joshua Travagli). Whether it would survive another deletion discussion I'm not sure, but this is the wrong venue for discussing that; there's no need to undelete your previous attempt, because you already have a new, better, one. In your previous attempt to create the article you moved it to Wikipedia space, which isn't the correct area so I moved it back to your sandbox.   • Castelargus: It looks like G13 was postponed on this three times in the past, once in July 2014 and twice in March and September of 2015. I don't think that this was done by you, but I note that your last edit was made in 2013. My concern is this: it looks like this page has been around since 2012 and had its deletion postponed three times. That's a lot of leeway and even though those requests don't seem to have been done by you, we need something to show that you will actively edit the draft, as you've only returned to edit after this latest G13 resulted in the draft's deletion. Thank you for the info. I had lived under the impression that my draft had been deleted three years ago, and was suprised to receive the request recently to act on it again. As you may recollect and see from my discussion in 2012, my proposal then was denied to grade the article as a STUB for further completion by other users. If this move is impossible to realize even now and difficulties prevail which cannot be overcome, I will give up and abandon the page (and the work and time invested) for good.   •   Not done Offhand I can't see where the content would be of any use to Wikipedia. What you wrote is pretty much just a personal essay and reflection on the character of Samus Aran and other characters. One of these characters seems to be Solid Snake from the Metal Gear series and I can't place where the character Long is from, which makes me think that this is probably an OC. I'm sorry, but this just isn't what Wikipedia is meant to be used for. I think that it would be a better idea for you to create your own wiki via Wikia, where there aren't as many guidelines. My page was made without me even knowing it, and I was cited in Mark_ Washington page, then for some reason my page was deleted and then re crated by somone I do not even know and then I found out tonight that it was deleted for "sock puppet" This is not my fault and it should had never been deleted to begin with.
