The article was about a notable YouTube personality. The subject of the article was clear from sources, including BBC and The Guardian. The User who nominated it for deletion said that every person mentioned in BBC and The Guardian should not have Wikipedia article. He was mentioned in many other sites as well. Whoever is going to review this request, must search for Adam Saleh in Mirror.co.uk, Huffington Post, Independent.co.uk and Thenational.ae.

It's considered copyright violation - on Wikipedia's part - unless you either upload as fair use or clearly release the image under a copyleft licence (usually a CC licence). If the latter, you're better served uploading the image you took at Wikimedia Commons.   • Nyttend, when it comes to articles that have been repeatedly deleted due to a lack of editing (G13) I'd recommend that rather than restoring them, that you ping them and ask them to give some sort of assurance that they'll work on the page. Most of the time when we do this the people never respond before the request is archived, which makes it fairly clear that the page would not be worked on. A neutral page should not list the mailing address and I'm uncomfortable with the page saying "The website constructed and maintained by Ahalder.webs.com" since that kind of comes across promotional for the company maintaining their website. (And I'm also unsure if they're saying that their personal website is maintained by the company or if the company is maintaining the AfC article, which gives off slight WP:OWNERSHIP tones.)   • I'd actually just recommend that they re-write the material from scratch, since copyrighted material is almost always too promotional to restore. The author has lectured all over the country and his books are available in many libraries, as well as online at several websites. Is it that they pertain to a spiritual nature that you deign not to see them fit for your website? I see that your pages included Captain Spock and Commander Kirk, so you cannot be all that straight-laced. Your pages contain everything and anything. Why this particular author does not meet your requirements and indeed just what those requirements are, I cannot for the life of me, see. Please give this your fairest attention. Thank you. All information in an article should be verifiable from reliable sources, and the consensus among established editors here is that this is especially important in biographical articles. I didn't see the original article and as a non-admin I can't view deleted content, but it appears any actions taken had nothing to do with how "famous" he is claimed to be. That said, even if references had been provided, an article on him would still need to meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines for biographies, and it would need to stand or fall on its own merits rather than being compared to other articles. For many years, a Wikipedia page that was created by one of the listeners to my radio program was available for others to view. The page was also cross-referenced to the radio show Free Talk Live, which has its own Wikipedia page, and for which I was a co-host for many years. My wikipedia page was a godsend to me, for it allowed me to refer people to it for quick information about my background, and it also informed people of my books and of places where my articles have appeared. For a reason about which I am unaware, someone requested in 2014 that the page about me be removed. (I suspect this was done by political opponents when I ran as a Libertarian for the US Senate from NH, but who can be certain about the motives?) As you can see from this other Wiki, Wikiliberal, which is for French readers (http://www.wikiberal.org/wiki/Gardner_Goldsmith), my background is accessible at many websites and my articles are easily obtained. @50.187.40.234: This can charitably be called a biographical proposed deletion (BLPPROD), as the concern was that it was an unsourced biography. We have far stricter sourcing standards for biographies due to the risk of editors introducing libel; and even if this weren't a biography we don't accept wikis as a source. Sources written by the subject can only be used to cite items that are not in dispute, and cannot be used to help satisfy our core inclusion criteria.   • The article has some issues with tone, in that it's kind of a bit of a fan/personal page at times. The only way I'd really feel comfortable restoring this is if some very, very good sources were provided to back up notability and if we could have some reassurance that Mr. Goldsmith would not be editing his own page. (Or that he would not be getting someone else to edit the page in the way that he specifically wants.) Wikipedia discourages people writing or editing their own entries. I'm going to have to say that this shouldn't be restored until we have those two things. I have to say that offhand, I'm not really finding much out there other than his attempt to run for Senate and even then, that's pretty limited in its coverage.
