The article you created actually wasn't deleted - instead it was redirected to an already excising article. This was done because the subject of your article was very similar or identical to the subject of that other page. The article your article was forwarded to is Channel (geography). Feel free to improve and work on that page though!

Hi Wahula. It looks like a couple of the early edits you made here have been reverted or redirected. Please don't let that discourage you! It takes a while to get the hang of editing Wikipedia, and it's totally normal for people to have their first edits reverted. Anti Homophobia and it's foundings. edit
Homophobia means a person who doesn't like homosexual people. A homophobe might make rude comments, ignore, bully or use other forms of harrasment about/to a homosexual. It can be related to being racist against a certain color of skin, religion, or other international class divider. It can also be related to being a sexist to another gender, such as male or female. Being a homphobe is more commen these days, and the gay rights movement was made to stop that. In 39 states, employers can fire workers for being homosexual. that number is quickly going down. In few states can homosexuals actually get marred, but in more they can not adopt children. Opposing groups have said that homosexuals have not faced any serious oppositions in work or education. Hopefully, this does not get out of hand, or our country could face another version of the slavery and women revolutions.
