October 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Jamesx12345. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to Monk's Walk School, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jamesx12345 16:25, 23 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

MfD nomination of User:SaucyJimmy edit

User:SaucyJimmy, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:SaucyJimmy and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:SaucyJimmy during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 00:21, 22 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Incidentally, you may wish to take a copy of the wikicode of the page, so that, if it does get deleted, you could restore it at Wikia or another appropriate place. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 20:28, 22 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

May 2014 edit

Hello, I'm DerbyCountyinNZ. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to List of oldest people by year of birth because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks!

Adding fictional people to year articles edit

You added an obviously fake person to 1551 and 1564 and created an unsuitable page for him, this is considered nonconstructive editing, please stop this. Elassint Hi 21:55, 5 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Excirial. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to David Cameron, because it didn’t appear constructive to me.   Please refrain from making nonconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at David Cameron with this edit. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Thank you.   Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to David Cameron with this edit, you may be blocked from editing. BethNaught (talk) 18:31, 16 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at David Cameron shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Even if the edits were constructive, you would still be edit warring. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 19:56, 16 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for August 20 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 1999, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Smith. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

September 2014 edit

I'm not going to use the template {{uw-vand2}} here. Your recent edit to 2010 was clearly vandalism, even if the pipe to "sausage" weren't there, it would have been inappropriate, per WP:RY. I'm not presently going to check your recent edits to see if they are usually vandalism; if I did, I would probably have to block you. Please don't make me angry. You won't like me when I'm angry. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 23:32, 3 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Steve Wozniak, you may be blocked from editing. It would have been better if you had taken the advice from Arthur Rubin above. Vandalism adding death information to a BLP article is a Big Deal, and not in a good way. Please don't do this sort of thing.  Unician   06:25, 29 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

MfD nomination of User:SaucyJimmy edit

I've nominated it, again. It's, again, a WP:FAKEARTICLE, although this time it looks as if it might be real, until you investigate. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 17:17, 21 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Better place to put articles edit

You should consider moving (or copying) some of your creations to http://www.wikia.com/ That site does not have the same restrictions as Wikipedia, and if you wanted, you could even start your own "Wikia" wiki there, to contain biographical articles of whatever sort you need.

It uses the exact same format as Wikipedia, and the articles look the same, though I think it has adverts.

Creating things there, is a lot easier than creating things here and having to fight off deletions all the time (which will eventually result in you being blocked from editing).

(For the curious... I have no connection with Wikia and I don't think I have ever edited there.) --Demiurge1000 (talk) 20:31, 23 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Myocardial infarction, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, and ideas—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 20:51, 23 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. Thanks for uploading File:BionicleLogo2015.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
