Nationality, ethnicity, or geographical information do not matter for joining into the project. :) Not every members are of Korean heritage nor have a relation with Korea (trip, friends, studies etc). Do you want any particular article(s) related to Korean dishes to be created? Shorthand not appropriate

Spelling corrections

Hello! From the looks of your contributions list you're doing excellent work at fixing all manner of typos around Wikipedia. However, I'm writing to draw your attention to a revert I've just done on Rootes Arrow. You changed the spellings of "carburettor" to "carburetor" and "matte" to "matt". These were both, in fact, correct spellings in British English, the variety of English used in the article. You're probably already aware, but just in case you're not, the manual of style has a little to say about preserving national varieties, and in short, they shouldn't be changed except where an article jumbles two different varieties. If you're using any kind of automatic tool to help with these corrections, you might want to remove US-specific words from its dictionary, or devise a means of checking the variety in use in the article. Thank you. I am a Walloon and my English is bad and I need help. But this sentence was corected by an Americain or an English:

The sentence (corrected) was

Said that etc.

Spelling and infoboxes

Hi. Please be careful when changing the spelling fields in Infoboxes, such as your changes on the Saipan class aircraft carrier page, per this diff. Some templates, such as Template:Infobox Ship Characteristics, are very complicated. In some of the fields have alternate spellings, such as the ones for "draft"/"draught" and "armor"/"armour", to accomodate regional speeling variations. Other fields may not be standard English for the nation of the article, but still should not be changed. Thanks! - BillCJ (talk) 01:32, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
