Kmweber (talk · contribs) - I am a four-year veteran editor, actively involved in articles relating to the Indiana/Illinois/Kentucky Tri-State Area. I have taken several photographs of the area (see the galleries linked from my userpage), many of which grace the relevant articles. I am well-known throughout Wikipedia for my sane, common-sense approach to article deletion, as well as being one of the most influential voices in the recent evolution of the RfA process. I hope to use my adminship to undo User:Obuibo Mbstpo's block, as well as the blocks on all of that user's other accounts. I also would like to re-welcome User:Karmafist to the community, and perhaps protect Jimbo's user page after redirecting it to Sollog. Or Deep Throat.

Oh. And I definitely want to delete the main page, just for lulz. But that's all I need. I don't need anything else. Except to pull an Uncle Ed and delete AfD, too. But that's all I need--unblocking OM and Karmafist, redirect and protect Jimbo's user page, and delete the main page and AfD, and that's all I need. And putting penis pictures on George W. Bush. Redirecting and protecting Jimbo's user page, unblocking OM and Karmafist, penis pictures, and deleting Main Page and AfD, and that's all I need. I don't need one other thing. Except re-creating the GNAA article. And that's it. I don't need anything el--wait! I want to indef block anyone who votes "Oppose" here! But that's all I need. Eliminating my enemies, re-creating GNAA, unblocking OM and Karmafist, redirecting Jimbo's page, penis pictures, and deleting Main Page and AfD, for sure. And that's it. There's nothing else I need. Except rollback...well, okay, I guess I don't need rollback. Kurt Weber (Go Colts!) 05:48, 1 April 2008 (UTC)— Kmweber (talk • contribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic. Reply

Questions for the candidate

Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. What admin work do you intend to take part in?
A: Mostly, I want to use the banhammer to bludgeon newbies into agreeing with me. They need to learn their place, see. We need to beat them down before they get uppity. Gotta keep the n00b in the ditch where he belongs, totally.
2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
A: I'm quite proud of [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], and [8], which were all major spelling corrections to the previously-morphologically-unsound Michael J. Fox and Joan Rivers articles. Just unintelligible junk, really--just pure crap. Until I heroically swooped in and saved the day. But those damn notorious vandals Adam Bishop and Drop Dead Gorgias, who were at the time both engaging in harassing wikistalking of me, had to go and screw it up again, and they're totally responsible for those articles being in the horrific state they're in today.
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: Usually, whenever I have a problem with someone I ask my good buddy Daniel Brandt to track him (it's always a him, everyone knows there are no women on the Internet) down and, after a series of escalating threats, I challenge him to a duel. Pistols at fifty paces. Riana is usually my second, although Gmaxwell has had to fill in at times when Riana was drunk or committed...which, actually, I guess is like 97% of the time. So I guess Gmaxwell is effectively my regular second...I need to get that changed in the records. He'll want the fringe benefits, I'm sure. Shit.

Oh, and once I just sicced Anthere on someone. But that was a major lapse in judgment, and I won't ever do it again. Pinky swear. Unless someone just really gets my goat up. Like, for instance, if you vote oppose here. That might piss me off. Just a bit.

I've found thinly-veiled innuendoes and insinuations of autosexuality or pachyderm ancestry also work to amicably resolve a dispute--but only as a last resort, of course.

17. All of the following accounts were blocked as socks or puppet masters: AndalusianNaugahyde, AshbyJnr, Blueanode, Brandon97, Burntsauce, Casperonline, Dannycali, Davenbelle, Diyarbakir, D73733C8-CC80-11D0-B225-00C04FB6C2F5, Eyrian, Gazpacho, Golfcam, IPSOS, Jack Merridew, JohnEMcClure, LAZY 1L, Moby Dick, Mrs random, Note to Cool Cat, 75.5.225.151, SolidPlaid, Varlak, and Yeshivish. As the block logs indicate, these accounts used sockpuppetry and harassment of editors in order to get over two hundred popular culture related articles deleted from Wikipedia, including those indicated in this list that one of the banned accounts wrote. Even if you personally want those articles deleted, do the ends justify the means? What if anything could or should be done to reverse what they did and to send a message that sockpuppetry and harassment will not succeed on Wikipedia?

I know for a fact that four of the Seven Dwarves (I refuse to say which ones) were canvassed here via e-mail and feel their votes should thus be taken with a grain of salt or possibly a simple "Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho." Also, based on some cursory time-stamp analysis/thoroughgoing Biblical exegesis, it appears that Matthew and Luke are synopticpuppets of Mark. As this seems to be the first evidence of abuse I think a warning would be sufficient.--Bigtimepeace | talk | contribs 13:27, 1 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

  18. Oppose the fact that this user is even considering adminship at all indicates the decadence and degradation of WIkipedia today. They have a mere 2 portal talk edits, no help talk edits and - this is the shocking part - no Mediawiki space edits at all. Hut 8.5 09:37, 1 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

  25. Oppose: I see no evidence of repeated threats to take legal action against wikipedia or any of its editors, either on this site or elsewhere. Consequently, this editor cannot have a broad enough experience of all aspects of wikipedia use or administration from all viewpoints. If they would care to make a few threats in the forthcoming months, I would be happy to support a resubmitted nomination once the resulting bans are overturned.  DDStretch  (talk) 12:47, 1 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Chavvy reasons
  1. Strong oppose or something or nothing -- No but, yeah but, no but yeah but, if ya gonna bitch around then your way gonna get beatings right, cause I never not even done nothing or nothing because let me tell you the whole thing right, because Michelle Bingham, who’s a complete bitch anyway has been completely going around saying that I went into Shelley Thackerell’s bag, and nicked a bottle of Cinzano, but I never, but I did, but only cause you’re not actually supposed to have alcohol on school grounds, actually and I was gonna give it to Miss Turvey, but I forgot and drank it, and I only got found out cause I was getting off with Asif Shar behind the language lab and I was sick in his mouth. But if youve been talking to Aaron Peal then dont listen to him 'coz Aaron Peal is like a total batty boy, and he ain’t got no pubes, and he’s well out of order cause he’s been completely going around saying that I like smoke and drank when I was pregnant, but all I did was smoke like two packets of fags a day, drink like fifty pints of Snakebite, but apart from that I never done nothing, so you can well shut up you total minger!
