Welcome edit

Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but I highly recommend that you create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits such as the ability to create articles. For a full outline and explanation of the benefits that come with creating an account, please see this page. If you edit without a username, your IP address (192.55.55.39) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page. Again, welcome! Neutral point of view edit

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Treason. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Richard75 (talk) 22:45, 26 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

July 2010 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. The project's content policies require that all articles be written from a neutral point of view, and not introduce bias or give undue weight to viewpoints. Please bear this in mind when making edits such as your recent edit to Munagacherla. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Yoenit (talk) 10:29, 8 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

September 2010 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. JNW (talk) 19:21, 4 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Even providing a source, it's not relevant information for an intro. JNW (talk) 19:22, 4 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. While everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your contributions, such as your recent edit to Dennis Quaid, did not appear to be constructive and was automatically reverted by DASHBot.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • DASHBot produces few false positives, but they do happen. If you believe the bot has reverted your edit wrongly, it is helpful if you report the error so the bot does not make the same mistake again. Please:

Thanks, DASHBot Anti-Vandalism (talk) 07:21, 13 September 2010 (UTC)

November 2010 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Hanuman Chalisa has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Adding non-notable names edit

Welcome and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. However, if you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. OhNoitsJamie Talk 01:55, 18 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

April 2011 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Yo Mahesh, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. The reverted edit can be found here. December 2011 edit

Hello! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed a link that you recently added to the page Scavenger hunt here. I did this because http://apps.facebook.com/huntandsnap/ is probably inappropriate for an encyclopedia.

We appreciate your help in making Wikipedia better for everyone. If I made a mistake, feel free to undo my edit. If you have any questions, you can ask at the Help desk.

Thank you! --XLinkBot (talk) 11:57, 14 December 2011 (UTC) If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, please ignore this notice.Reply

August 2012 edit

This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Electric Catfish 23:46, 9 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

December 2012 edit

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you recently removed some content from User:Jay4rest without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Jim1138 (talk) 07:19, 19 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

March 2013 edit

Please do not use Talk:Nair to raise comments concerning Ezhava. Creating a battleground is not a good idea. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 14:10, 31 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

July 2013 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It appears that you have added a link to an image on an external website to Honda XR series, likely in an attempt to display that image on the page. For technical and policy reasons, it is not possible to use images from external websites on Wikipedia. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request an upload. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. Thank you.   Hello, I'm Haploidavey. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Mohenjo-daro without adequately explaining why. March 2020 edit

Hello, I'm Samf4u. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Lizbeth Rodríguez, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Samf4u (talk) 19:09, 5 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Lizbeth Rodríguez, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. JaneciaTaylor (talk) 19:29, 5 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
