I think Mao, Taichi, Taka Michinoku, Tama Tonga and Gedo are missing from the Observer source. starship.paint ~ ¡Olé! 09:22, 9 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Lead

  • The lead can be expanded. It could state that Hiroshi Tanahashi defeated Kazuchika Okada in the main event, as well as A.J. Styles defeating Tetsuya Naito and Shinsuke Nakamura defeating Kota Ibushi. Also, the lead could state the attendance and if the event was a critical success or not.

Production

Event

  • What's with not mentioning the New Japan Rumble? I know it was a dark match, but surely there must be something to add to this section?
  • "then a 3D from Tencozy" Shouldn't it simply be called a death drop? I thought it was only called 3D when The Dudley Boyz used it.
    • The source (wrestleview) says 3-D by TenCozy to Yujiro, actually, that's why I followed it. PWTorch didn't mention it. starship.paint ~ ¡Olé! 08:00, 5 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • "The third match saw Suzuki-gun's KES" No need to abbreviate Killer Elite Squad.
  • "Next, Tomohiro Ishii defended the NEVER Openweight Championship against Togi Makabe." Link Tomohiro Ishii, NEVER Openweight Championship and Togi Makabe.
  • "and then a King Kong Knee Drop from the top rope" Shouldn't Knee Drop from the top rope be in brackets?
  • "The sixth match featured Ryusuke Taguchi putting the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship on the line against Kenny Omega of the Bullet Club." Link Ryusuke Taguchi, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship and Kenny Omega.
  • "Styles started by quickly trying for his signature Styles Clash" I am pretty sure that's his finisher? Also note that it's a Belly-to-back inverted mat slam.
    • It is indeed his finisher. But "finisher" or "finishing move" is wrestling jargon, which I try to avoid, because this article is meant to be read by everyone, not by wrestling fans. "Signature" has been accepted in my previous quality articles. Plus, belly-to-back inverted mat slam is unsourced - I just searched the secondary sources for wrestling and there's nothing. starship.paint ~ ¡Olé! 08:10, 5 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • "the D.I.D. submission." You might want to link that submission. As well as High Fly Flow.
    • Sources covering WK9 didn't explain what DID was. Since there are different HFFs, I linked to crossbody and frog splash in those paragraphs. starship.paint ~ ¡Olé! 08:17, 5 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

  • After checking with Checklinks, I found the following problems:
  • Reference 45 is dead.
  • References 13 and 15 require registration?
  • References 5, 7 and 9 state that they are expiring.

Going to place on hold for now. Good888 (talk) 10:19, 4 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
