Simple. He earned an invite to major league camp, which means he has a legitimate shot at reaching the major leagues, which would qualify him as notable under WP:BASE/N. Plus there is significant enough coverage to satisfy GNG. --Alex (talk) 23:29, 19 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
