hmm i also have this problem. I tried uploading one onto the Charles Taylor page, and failed. On another page I follow, the following is used to post a picture:

There is a community page to upload pictures from the internet to, which I had attempted, but then I never figured out how to retrieve the picture... I'm not sure how where to see if these images are able to be borrowed. I would imagine yes, based on the sort of sites they are, but I couldn't see anywhere that gives permission. I'm not very familiar with wikipedia's policy on this.AnieHall (talk) 06:15, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
