The Matsushita Institute of Government and Management (公益財団法人松下幸之助記念志財団) The Matsushita Institute of Government and Management was founded by Panasonic's founder Kōnosuke Matsushita, in 1979, operated by The Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation.[1]

During his later years, the esteemed founder of Panasonic, Kōnosuke Matsushita, made a significant investment of 7 billion yen from his personal funds towards the development and training of the next generation of leaders for Japann.[2]
