How can I find a userbox designer (a person) who is ACTIVE these days?

Graphic design isn't among my skills. I'd like to suggest a userbox, but sending out requests from among those makers who are listed is frustrating (too many no longer seem active). How can I find someone who likes to make userboxes and might consider my request for one?
