Citation Templates edit

These Harvard style references appear to be read wrong by Wikipedia: the Place entry comes out as written at instead of published at. I think we should change these to standard Wikipedia Citation Templates (as generated by Zotero for example) without the Harvard bit. Also using Harvard date style references is less than optimal when discussing Crowley, since so many of his works came out in various editions at over a period of over a century, so using dates is more confusing than emlightening. Just a comment about Crowley's editions. I find that many pages on the books omit some of the earliest editions, and focus on only some of the reprints. For instance, I had to add the first edition date for The Book of Lies, 1913 (or '12). If others could add early editions to the major and other books it would tend the data toward further accuracy.
