PKM, why do you think “In general, infobxes are not desirable in Textile Arts–specific projects.” While still scaffolding User:Poljo/Infobox_Lace_Identification I discovered Martine Bruggeman applying a similar technique in her Bruges Lace Guide ISBN: 90-6966-021-0. @Poljo: I think your infobox for lace is a fabulous idea,especially if you have the knowledge to fill it out. In general, I don't think most of our textile arts articles have enough defining characteristics for an infobox to do anything but duplicate the (often short) text. But we've long needed to be more systematic about lace, and I'm delighted to see you tackilng this. - PKM (talk) 02:06, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
