Dead frames in tournaments
Hi all, I noticed that the scores for the finals for 1927 World Snooker Championship and 1937 World Snooker Championship have been altered to include "dead frames" - is there a consensus on how we deal with scores up to and after "dead frames" in articles? - The final score is the final score, regardless of whether some of the frames are dead. Obviously dead frames are a convention of the past so may feel a bit artificial to a modern reader, but we need the scores on Wikipedia to be consistent with the sources. I have no objections to noting the winning line score as well though; perhaps that could be provided in brackets e.g. for 1937 the score could be presented as 32–29 (31–28).
