Dead frames in tournaments

Hi all, I noticed that the scores for the finals for 1927 World Snooker Championship and 1937 World Snooker Championship have been altered to include "dead frames" - is there a consensus on how we deal with scores up to and after "dead frames" in articles? The final score is the final score, regardless of whether some of the frames are dead. Obviously dead frames are a convention of the past so may feel a bit artificial to a modern reader, but we need the scores on Wikipedia to be consistent with the sources. I have no objections to noting the winning line score as well though; perhaps that could be provided in brackets e.g. for 1937 the score could be presented as 32–29 (31–28).
