Merge edit

Merge, because not all Scouts are members of WOSM or WAGGGS, there is a related userbox template that is non-specific to any organization. (it uses a defunct and generic Scout fleur-de-lis so as to avoid any trouble with copyright, just like they did for the bald eagle rather than the badge for the Eagle Scout userbox) Chris 19:53, 18 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Perhaps using the WOSM flag would be troublesome, given the above explanation. The merge target however, states '..and contributes articles to preserve their history.'. While this won't be applicable to everyone, the most suitable solution in my eyes would be the replacement of the image only and keep the distinction. --DJiTH 21:01, 18 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
