I think the need for this tag is to create a NPOV starting place for including Labour representation in appropriate business and government articles.

  • The dynamics between Management and Labour are complex: some relations are good, some are bad. This tag could introduce the information concerning representation without any detail that can be POV.
  • The tag was originally designed to fit onto the bottom of the Template:Infobox Company on a page, but if that is obtrusive (there may be several tags), it could also be placed under an Employee or Membership subheading.

It's also possible that placing many tags (a multi-national corp. may have a large number of unions on its floor) could be seen as POV in and of itself. I would suggest in that case, one tag be used, with the text redirecting to the appropriate page or subpage which details union representation.--Bookandcoffee 18:41, 15 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Expanded edit

I just expanded this. I'm not sure if the text is worded exactly right, but it's a start.--Bookandcoffee 20:22, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
