WikiProject:Northern Cyprus should exist and not be a redirect to WikiProject: Cyprus

Northern Cyprus deserves a WikiProject. There are various articles about Northern Cyprus. There is a sizeable community of Northern Cypriots as well (and mainland Turks like me which I’m sure would be interested in this WikiProject).
