Providing Manual of Style for non-FPP Elections

I (and many people over at Wikipedia:WikiProject Voting systems) would be interested in extending this to handle elections using voting systems other than FPP (of which the 3 that have been used in real-world elections so far are STV, Schulze, and Score).
