Idle curiosity. How would this be different from, say, Wikipedia:WikiProject International relations? Unless you can find a way in which the two have at least somewhat different focuses or scopes, it might be best to just turn this into a redirect to there. John Carter 19:05, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
