Solana (blockchain platform): infobox update and minor History corrections request

Hi editors, I'm Megan and I'm an employee of the Solana Foundation. Due to my conflict of interest, I've made a request at the Talk page for the Solana (blockchain platform) article for some edits I believe to be helpful to readers and within Wikipedia's rules. As the article is part of this WikiProject, I wanted to ask can any editors here review this request?

To summarize, my request here is asking about the possibility of adding a few items to the inbox, and also asks about correcting two sentences in the History where there is confusion between the different organizations involved with Solana. For example, one sentence notes that "the company" (which would be Solana Labs) made a statement, however the given citation shows that it was the Solana Foundation.

The article's talk page is active enough that a request to this noticeboard is excessive and unnecessary. Even with disclosure, these kinds of subtly promotional requests are a violation of WP:CANVAS. Grayfell (talk) 01:26, 31 August 2023 (UTC)

Hi Grayfell, thank you for getting back to me here. My colleague Chris posted a revised request about the infobox on July 25 that received no response. Then I made a request last week, and that post also received no response. Since it had been over a month since editors had posted in any way on the Talk page, I thought editors might be less actively watching the page, which is why I posted here to raise attention. I do think, though, that these requests and discussions would benefit from fresh voices and additional feedback, including possibly from editors active on this project. It is in your professional interest to attract sympathetic volunteer editors to your company's Wikipedia page. It is not in Wikipedia's interest, however, as has already been explained to you multiple times in multiple places. Grayfell (talk) 20:24, 1 September 2023 (UTC)
