I think it might work better if you did a National Contest for Ghana with Amazon voucher prizes to cover all topics and then give higher incentives for people who did women articles. I can devise a National Contest format if you're interested. Such a contest would naturally involve Wiki Loves Women and the women cause but it would attract editors to improve articles on everything at once and tyr to emulate this.
