Conversion edit

I propose to reinstall this edit. First: this extra precision is not in the article. (And note the different notation in there, not using |sigfig=). There is not need or reason to change this between article and TFA-blurb. Second: per MOS:CONVERSIONS and Template:Convert longstanding wisdom, it is ill advised to suggest and present more precision than the original value has.
