HowDoesOneEditaPage edit

Hmm, I'm a bit surprised at the close, King of Hearts. People were almost evenly split (7 for deletion vs. 5 for keeping), with the delete argument ("not a plausible search term") not faring particularly well against the keep rationale ("not about current plausibility, but histotic significance"). – Uanfala (talk) 16:02, 20 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Uanfala: The argument for historical significance is weakened by the fact that there are no revisions in the page history prior to 2007; what we really want to keep is Larry Sanger's edits from 2002 or so. The delete rationale is not just about whether it is a plausible search term, but also WP:CNR. -- King of ♠ 16:19, 20 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
Alright, thanks for the explanation. I guess I was a bit irked because I was experimenting with not using bolding for !votes, and I guess the result seemed to play into my grudging expectation that an un-bolded !vote might be ignored. And yeah, sorry for first posting this on the log page: I hadn't realised it was still transcluded onto WP:RFD. – Uanfala (talk) 16:37, 20 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
