The tempalte structure on this page may need some clean up. Wasn't the original idea that at the bottom of the page all press templates (jounral, news, multiple news, ...) were listed in comments? This way an editor could simply cut and paste the template he needed to add a new article at the bottom. That got already messed up on the 2012 page and apparently on this one as well.--Kmhkmh (talk) 02:45, 19 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

P.S.: I took the liberty to copy the missing stuff from the 2011 coverage. However there were only the template cite news and press multi. I'm not sure whether other templates such as journal where simply copied by used users from elsewhere and possibly discouraged to be used here. If the usage such templates is ok they probably should be included in the comment section at the bottom of the page (comment in the source).--Kmhkmh (talk) 02:59, 19 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

another list of press clippings edit

At the Wikimedia Foundation, we've been keeping another press list pretty up-to-date on Meta. It includes non-English Wikipedia clips, so we chose to put it on Meta, but it seems fine to me if it were hosted here instead. Let me know if you think I should copy it here or add a link, or do nothing.

Mention during the NCAA tournament tonight edit

I have no idea if this is appropriate for the page or not. If it is, please add it in the appropriate template. During the Miami-Marquette game during the 2013 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament tonight, Verne Lundquist had a cool anecdote. "Jim Larranaga ... was the coach at George Mason and he decided to apply for the job at Miami, but he was visiting his son. They said, 'send a resume'. He said, 'I don't have one available.' So they faxed his Wikipedia page and that served as his application to Miami." This was right after a commercial break with around 7 minutes left in the game if you're DVRing it or want to try to find it at the NCAA's archived video. --B (talk) 01:09, 29 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
