I think the image in question, Image:Eagle Nebula - NASA.jpg was subsequently found to be a copyright violation and has now been deleted. If memory serves, it was originaly uploaded under the impression that it was a NASA sourced image, however someone else noticed that it as actually an ESA image and only licensed under non-commercial use only. As non-commercial use images are now deprecated, it had to be put forward for deletion which happened around 18 July 2005. To avoid further confusion, I'll change the page to point to the original source. -- Solipsist 20:42, 25 October 2005 (UTC)
