A) If anyone's going to get this thing started, the first thing everyone who is in support of and interested in this "meetup" is to settle amongst themselves which city this Wiknic will be held.

B) Once we settle out which city this will be held, everyone in support of this meetup should decide amongst themselves where in the city will Wikipedians hold this Wiknic.
