Fast-Track English courses are compressed classes that meet for the same number of hours as a full-term class, but in a shorter period of time (eight weeks each). These courses involve two eight-week courses (ENGL 060 C and ENGL 100 C) packaged together in a single semester. Instructors collaborate on the curriculum in order to provide an easier transition from ENGL 060 C to ENGL 100 C. Students who successfully complete ENGL 060 C are given priority registration for the ENGL 100 C Fast-Track course.
