Good effort

I want to commend Biblio for effort in putting this together. Despite the error about Medcom — which was admittedly partly my fault for neglecting to update my status as Chairperson — and even though I cannot support most or all of it, this was nonetheless a good and useful effort and discussion even if it proves to be unsuccessful.
