Can a notable page be deleted under WP:A7? edit

This is a continuation of a previous discussion in which most participants disagreed with me and said that it is impossible to have notable articles deleted as A7. At the time I was asked to provide an example, so here are two examples of articles that I started which have both been deleted as A7 but have since been recreated:

  • Randall Denley was deleted as A7 on 20 July 2011. On 2 October 2014 another editor added information to it with several references that predate this deletion.
  • Rachel Maines was deleted on 22 November 2016, but has been recreated on 26 December 2016 by another editor

So, are these examples of topics that were notable when they were deleted as A7? Thanks for your thoughts Ottawahitech (talk) 21:43, 2 January 2017 (UTC)please ping meReply

I'd say they are examples of the fallibilty of the human race. Now and then these things happen; but that's why we don't automatically salt titles of articles deleted as A7 or many others speedily deleted. --Orange Mike | Talk 22:08, 2 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
