Per discussion at Special:PermaLink/1118930072#Typo_in_section_name, as well as the nonsense around Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/Dušan Kreheľ (bot) IV, I am revoking this bot task and blocking the bot. There are serious issues that need to be evaluated if the bot is to be run in the future. Primefac (talk) 19:47, 29 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Primefac: I am registering a bot status change. You can cancel the block. Dušan Kreheľ (talk) 17:48, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Dušan Kreheľ, at this point only a successful BRFA will get this bot unblocked. There is no prejudice against a Task 5, but please make sure you dot the i's and cross the t's. Primefac (talk) 20:02, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Primefac: Why? It just spoils the name of the bot. If someone wants to bypass the rules, they will bypass them, because there are ways. In the reason for the ban, there is only an assertion without a reference. If you want a ban, it would be fair to take it for 1-3 months. Otherwise, it can spoil the good name of the bot if someone looks at the info about the bot. Dušan Kreheľ (talk) 20:30, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Bots get blocked all the time. I don't know you mean by "bypassing the rules", but if that's an admission that you are going to do so, then it further reinforces my conviction that I made the right call. As I said, I have zero issue with you filing a BRFA for a new task, but given the absolute mess you made with Task IV, and the issues that unfortunately were not spotted with Task I, I cannot in good faith at this point in time give you another opportunity to be disruptive with the bot's account without a new BRFA. If you want to contest this, bring up the matter at WP:BOTN. Primefac (talk) 20:50, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Primefac: Sorry. Dušan Kreheľ (talk) 22:23, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
