This course is an introductory study of India, with society and culture front and center stage, and political economy and history as important background. Some way into the course, students will pick a topic of their choice, do secondary research it, find appropriate places on Wikipedia (most likely, existing Wikipedia articles), and draft contributions to add to these places.
