In this introductory course, students will learn basic concepts and theories in linguistic anthropology, begin to understand the complex relationship between language and culture, survey some of the important literature in the field, learn linguistic ethnographic methods, and work on hands-on projects that will demonstrate what they have learned. Classes will be a mix of lecture, discussion, and project work.
Students will work in groups to research specific topics in linguistic anthropology and contribute to building those pages on Wikipedia

Now that you've improved your draft based on others' feedback, it's time to move your work live - to the "mainspace."

Now's the time to revisit your text and refine your work. You may do more research and find missing information; rewrite the lead section to represent all major points; reorganize the text to communicate the information better; or add images and other media.
